For the most part, if a mod works with WARZONES 2015, it’ll work with WZAA.

If a mod is NOT listed here, then it is considered compatible – or an incompatibility has not been brought to our attention.

If it IS listed here, we will make a recommendation on how to get them working together if possible.

In MANY cases mods are not “incompatible” so much as you are overtaxing your rig.  

This list will contain only mods that are “truly” incompatible whether it be due to functionality or due to placements of objects/locations.

I need your help to make this list as complete as possible, so don’t hesitate to contact me.

WARZONES : ASSAULT ATTACK will function with most mods and has been tested in conjunction with 100s of other mods.  However, I can’t possibly test against every Skyrim mod, so if you find something that might be “incompatible”, please let me know!

In some cases, STRONGHOLDS, CAMPS and/or OUTPOSTS may exist in places that other mods occupy.  Please inform me so I may compile a list and/or provide a solution.

“Always on” mods like Wet N Cold and Footprints may cause slow-down and/or unpredictable results due to the mods attempting to apply themselves to the add’l NPCs spawned by WARZONES and WZAA.

Sometimes these things can be easily rectified by disabling the particular BATTLE SELECT via the WZ MCM, since the BATTLE SELECT settings will also impact WZAA.

This page will be constantly updated as user reports are compiled.

“INCOMPATIBLE” MODS FOR WHICH THERE IS A SOLUTION:

Don’t panic!  Easy solutions for common mod “incompatibilities”.  Huzzah!

Dawnguard DLC 
Problem: Ruunvald Safehouse blocks a door necessary to the quest FINDING FLORENTUS.  I’m fairly annoyed at myself for this one.  Apologies.
Solution: In console, select the large rock blocking the door and type “disable”.

Alternative Start : Live Another Life
Problem: When choosing the start for Erik the Slayer’s Childhood Friend, a random OUTPOST may spawn
Solution: Enter console (~) and type “set wza_condition_outpost06 to 666”
– This console command disables OUTPOST 06 for the remainder of your game. More info. 

Expanded Towns and Cities by missjennabee:
Problem: MultiSpawnOUTPOST overlapping DARKWATER CROSSING expansion
Solution: Enter console (~) and type “set wza_condition_outpost09 to 666”
– This console command disables OUTPOST 09 for the remainder of your game. More info. 

Helgen Reborn by Mike Hancho aka Balok :
Problem: WZAA props block to entrance to HELGEN REBORN’S “THALMOR PRISON”
Solution: Patch available on WZAA NEXUS page in OPTIONAL FILES.
– Moves WZAA props at STRONGHOLD : IMPERIAL MINING FACILITY to allow access to HELGEN REBORN’S “THALMOR PRISON”

Legendary Cities – Tes Arena – Skyrim Frontier Fortress by Jabr :
Problem: Massive REDORAN PLAINS WZ overlaps BLACKMOOR causing quite a bit of chaos
Solution: Disable WZ REDORAN PLAINS via WZ MCM will disable all WZ/WZAA NPCs and props.

Unique Border Gates by duinnin :
Problem: WZAA IMPERIAL MINING FACILITY in same area as PALE PASS causing clipping and overlapping
Solution: Patch available on WZAA NEXUS page in OPTIONAL FILES.
– Removes the PALE PASS GATE due to conflict with the STRONGHOLD : IMPERIAL MINING FACILITY

“INCOMPATIBLE” MODS FOR WHICH THERE IS NO MCM/CONSOLE CURE:

Sadly, there is no “fix” for these mods except to remove them.

The Cyrodiil Frontier – Fight Against the Thalmor II : Recommend DISABLING this mod.
Problem: WZAA alters the same exterior at the IMPERIAL MINING FACILITY

Moon and Star : Recommend DISABLING this mod.
Problem: WZAA adds RUUNVALD SAFEHOUSE to same location as a DWEMER RUIN.

Shadows of the Past: Recommend trying it yourself and if problems arise, DISABLING this mod.
Problem: No idea, but it has been reported as causing CTDs on startup.  I’d say that I’m dubious that this will be the case for everyone.

“INCOMPATIBLE” CHEATING MODS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM:

These mods are “incompatible” in that their use would constitute “cheating”.  You’re not a cheater, are you?

Real Flying (with Gliding and Collisions) by Anton : Recommend DISABLING this mod.
Although not incompatible in the true sense of the word, with this mod enabled, the player is able to “cheat” their way into many areas.  Additionally, with the “no fall” option enabled, the player will be able to “cheat some more” in terms of surviving many of the STRONGHOLDS.
